This is a recent job in Hamilton MT It was a prefinished floor with baked on aluminum oxide finish. It also had some water damage and lots of cupping as well as some repairs needed. A tough sand job but we got her done and applied 3 coats of oil modified urethane satin finish and it came out excellent.
